Job Summary:



As the

Single Point of Contact (SPOC)

for social media management, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring social media strategies across all platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. You will coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent brand messaging and optimal online presence.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop, implement, and manage the company's social media strategy across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, etc.) Serve as the

SPOC

for all social media-related activities, ensuring seamless coordination between departments and stakeholders. Plan and execute content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals. Create engaging and original content (text, images, videos, stories, reels, etc.) tailored to each platform. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, leads, conversions). Manage social media ad campaigns -- including budget allocation, targeting, and optimization. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing. Engage with the online community -- respond to comments, messages, and feedback promptly and professionally. Collaborate with the design, content, and sales teams to align social media strategies with broader brand initiatives.

Key Skills & Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing. Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.). Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content creation skills. Analytical mindset with experience using social media analytics tools. Excellent communication and coordination skills (especially in managing multiple stakeholders). Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred:



Experience in paid social media advertising and campaign optimization. Basic knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and influencer collaborations. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and branding consistency.

Pay: From 24,420.00 per year
