ArmstrongB2B is a 60 strong, multidisciplinary agency that offers strategy, design, digital, social media, 3D, animation, photography, video & motion from a single source. We are based in Chester city centre and work globally with world leading industrial manufacturing brands. We develop marketing strategies that deliver exceptional ROI for our customers.

Our work includes rebrand and repositioning, commercial strategy, integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, market diversification. We also work clients on product animations, innovative web platforms, corporate videos, photography shoots and exhibition support.

The Role



Armstrong B2B is looking for a Social Media & Insights Executive - a creative and analytical marketer who can manage social media channels, drive engagement and deliver meaningful performance insights for our customer base.

You'll play a central role in planning and scheduling content across digital platforms, ensuring our clients' social presence is consistent with strong commercial impact. Alongside content delivery, you'll track performance metrics and help translate data into actions that improve results for clients.

Responsibilities



Social Media Management

Plan, schedule and coordinate engaging content across LinkedIn, Meta and other relevant B2B platforms. Manage community engagement - responding to comments, messages and mentions. Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with campaign objectives. Work with internal teams to ensure content supports wider marketing and client goals. Stay up to date with emerging social trends and competitor activity.
Content & Campaign Delivery

Support the creation of visual and written assets ready for release. Coordinate paid social activity including LinkedIn ad campaigns. Assist in optimising creative, copy and targeting for performance. Ensure brand consistency and tone across all content and campaigns.
Analytics & Reporting

Monitor and report on key metrics such as engagement, reach, CTR and conversions. Build and maintain performance dashboards in Google Looker Studio, GA4 and Meta Business Suite. Provide regular insight summaries with recommendations for improvement. Use data to identify audience trends and content opportunities. Present approach, results and recommendations on clients' calls together with the Client Services team.
General Marketing Support

Contribute to email campaigns, website updates and lead generation initiatives. Collaborate with designers, copywriters and strategists to deliver campaign assets. Support event promotions and brand awareness activity.

Skills & Experience



2+ years' experience managing social media within a marketing or agency environment. Strong understanding of LinkedIn for B2B and Meta platforms for engagement. Experience using analytics and reporting tools (GA4, Looker Studio, SEMrush, Meta Ads Manager). Excellent copywriting, organisation and time management skills. Creative thinker with a data-driven approach. Familiarity with WordPress, HubSpot or Mailchimp a plus.

Package



Salary 30-35k depending on experience
