We're looking for someone with vision, who can take a brand's story, shape it into something exciting and relevant, and build campaigns that genuinely make a difference. You'd be working across a mix of purpose led clients, from renewables and tourism to the arts and education.
This role is a mix of creative and strategic responsibilities. We're looking for someone who is just as comfortable sketching out a content plan or writing post copy as they are devising a new campaign concept.
You'll be supported by our Content Manager, who oversees planning and delivery across all channels. Your role will work alongside him, helping push our creative direction forward, contributing to campaign development, and guiding what good looks like, while still being a key part of making it happen.
The Role in Practice
You'll be responsible for:
Developing and pitching fresh campaign ideas that excite and align with our clients' goals
Planning and shaping content strategy across platforms (mostly Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook, with occasional TikTok or YouTube Shorts)
Creating clear, creative, human-centric content
Helping refine brand tone and messaging across accounts
Advising on audience growth tactics, platform trends, and emerging content opportunities
Communicating directly with clients to understand their needs and goals
About You
This role would suit someone with:
A strong marketing and creative background
A strategic mindset, but also a love of execution and seeing ideas brought to life
Confidence developing brand campaigns from scratch
A collaborative approach; we work closely across our small, kind, and committed team
Enough flexibility to move between big-picture thinking and day-to-day tasks without ego
A strong understanding of what makes ethical, impactful marketing work, even with low budgets and lean resources
The Fit
We're small, human-first, and incredibly values-led. We don't do gimmicks or vanity content. We care about ideas that connect, strategies that serve a purpose, and content that actually earns its place in someone's feed.
We're looking for someone who cares about great content and wants to do work that makes them proud.
