Duties



Develop and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across social media platforms. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. Foster relationships with influencers and key stakeholders to enhance public relations efforts. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management.

Skills



Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn). Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas. Proficient in using social media analytics tools to track performance metrics. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
