Are you creative, outgoing, and full of fresh ideas? We're looking for a Social Media & Marketing Assistant to join our friendly team at our family-owned holiday park in Hornsea.
This is a fun, hands-on role perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, has a flair for social media, and enjoys capturing and promoting everything that makes our park special - from family fun and local attractions to lively evenings and great food.
What You'll Be Doing:
Creating engaging social media content (photos, videos, stories & posts)
Showcasing our fantastic facilities - including our bar, restaurant, entertainment venue, sports bar, cafe and farm shop
Showcasing our fabulous range of holiday homes for sale, available plots, new developments, and the stunning views and lifestyle our park offers
Capturing real moments - both day and evening - for our online channels
Designing, printing and laminating posters, signs and marketing materials for on-site events, offers and promotions
Keeping our noticeboards, window and information displays up to date and eye-catching
Helping to review and summarise customer feedback from surveys, occasionally cross-referencing responses with park areas or holiday home types to identify trends and improvements
Monitoring social media insights and engagement to see what content performs best and suggest future ideas
We're Looking For Someone Who:
Is bubbly, confident and approachable
Has a creative eye and enjoys photography, video, and design
Is active on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok etc.)
Writes clearly and has great attention to detail
Is organised, reliable, and punctual, and able to work independently
Is proactive and a genuine self-starter - someone who can take an idea and run with it, without needing close supervision or reminders
Is a real team player - happy to lend a hand wherever needed
Ideally has some experience or interest in marketing, hospitality or tourism, and is confident creating content using tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or mobile editing apps like CapCut or InShot
Experience using Meta Business Suite for scheduling posts would also be a bonus!
Is comfortable with basic IT tasks, such as installing or updating software, troubleshooting small issues, and helping others with simple tech training (full training will be given)
