We're looking for a
creative and results-driven Social Media Marketing & Content Creation Specialist
with proven experience in therestaurant or hospitality industry
.You'll be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating engaging food and lifestyle content, and running both organic and paid campaigns that drive real business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow social media channels including
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Google
. Plan, shoot, and edithigh-quality food and restaurant-related content
(reels, videos, stories, and posts). Develop and executepaid ad campaigns
onGoogle Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads
. Strategize and implementorganic growth campaigns
to boost brand awareness and customer engagement. Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to maximize results. Work closely with the management team to align marketing strategies with brand goals.Required Skills & Qualifications:
? Minimum 2 years of
experience in social media marketing within the restaurant or hospitality industry
.? Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and YouTube Ads
.? Expertise in
video creation, shooting, and advanced editing tools
(e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut).? Proven track record of
growing pages organically and generating measurable results
.? Ability to manage multiple social platforms and maintain a consistent brand voice.
? Must be willing to
relocate to Leighton Buzzard or Banbury
