About the Role

We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Marketing Executive to join Venn, a leading provider of premium recruitment websites. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how our brand is seen, heard, and experienced online.


You'll work closely with our Product and Sales teams to tell the Venn story across all digital touchpoints. From TikTok videos to LinkedIn posts and everything in between, you'll use content and campaigns to build brand visibility, generate leads, and create a standout digital presence that reflects our values, our people, and our products.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across all social media channels, including LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), and TikTok Develop and lead platform-specific campaigns that build the Venn brand and showcase our tone, culture, and expertise Use storytelling techniques to communicate our value proposition, highlight client success stories, and bring our brand to life through short-form content Launch and manage organic and paid campaigns, with a strong focus on video-first platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels Track social performance and optimise strategy using data, insights, and industry trends

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

Produce high-quality visual and written content for social media, email, and the Venn website Create short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and Stories -- with a focus on authenticity, trends, and brand storytelling Write blog posts, guides, and case studies that align with the Venn voice and communicate value to our target audiences Ensure all content is consistent in tone, style, and messaging across all channels to build a cohesive brand identity

Campaign Execution & Digital Marketing

Maintain and update the corporate website, ensuring brand consistency and a strong user experience Plan and deliver targeted email campaigns with relevant, engaging content Support webinars and online training sessions through promotional content and campaign planning

Sales Enablement & CRM

Manage and update marketing collateral, such as brochures, presentations, and product sheets Use HubSpot CRM to track marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) and measure campaign effectiveness Collaborate with the Sales team to align marketing activities with lead generation and business development goals

Research & Trend Monitoring

Stay up to date with digital marketing trends -- especially TikTok, video storytelling, and social-first content Monitor competitors and industry benchmarks to ensure Venn stays ahead of the curve Support the preparation and delivery of event materials, presentations, and branded assets

What We're Looking For

Experience in a social media or content marketing role with a strong portfolio of work Demonstrated ability to use storytelling to build brand awareness and engage audiences Confidence in creating content for TikTok and Instagram Reels, including scripting, filming, and editing Great copywriting skills Familiarity with email marketing platforms, CRM tools (HubSpot a plus), and website content management Passion for branding, content creation, and social media trends A self-starter mindset with strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving
