Duties

Develop, plan, and execute comprehensive social media campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, youtube and TikTok. Create compelling content tailored to target audiences, including text, images, videos, infographics and landing pages. Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews. Analyse campaign performance metrics and generate reports to inform future strategies. Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital channels. Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment of messaging and promotional activities. Manage public relations initiatives by fostering positive relationships with online communities and media outlets. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure innovative approaches.

Qualifications

Proven experience in developing website, social media management or digital marketing roles. Strong understanding of public relations principles and techniques. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content. Proficiency in social media management tools and creating engaging landing pages. Creative mindset with an eye for visual design and branding consistency. Ability to analyse data insights and adapt strategies accordingly. Organised with excellent time management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously. A recognised qualification in marketing, communications, or related fields is desirable but not essential.
