We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This role requires a strong understanding of social media management and public relations, as well as the ability to analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Duties
Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience while maintaining brand voice and identity.
Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities, responding promptly to comments and messages.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives.
Analyse performance metrics and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging platforms to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
Manage public relations efforts related to social media campaigns, including liaising with influencers and managing partnerships.
Qualifications
Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
Strong understanding of public relations principles and practices.
Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas for content creation.
Familiarity with graphic design tools is an advantage but not essential.
