Job Description

Aesthetica Medical is an established, luxury medical aesthetics and skin clinic in the outskirts of Leeds City Centre.

We require an experienced social media/marketing manager to manage the social media accounts and create valuable content and upscale for our brand. High quality editing skills is essential. Minimum 3 years experience.

You will be required to come in as many times as needed to film fresh, new content in our Leeds clinic.

Experience with SEO and paid ads is essential.

Duties:

- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
- Manage social media accounts and monitor engagement metrics
- Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools
- Identify and engage with influencers and brand advocates
- Coordinate social media campaigns and promotions- Update website regularly and work on SEO.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiarity with social media management tools
- Experience with content creation, including writing, editing, and designing visual assets
- Knowledge of public relations principles is a plus
