Overview:



Due to rapid growth, Aims Property Group and Russell Regulatory Consultants are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to take both companies to the next level. This is a key leadership role, working across our property investment and medical device divisions, as we scale up in 2025 and beyond.



The successful candidate will be an integral part of both businesses as we look to scale up every department over the course of 2025 and beyond, with a great salary, commissions and bonuses on offer.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Social Media Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence and drive customer engagement. This role requires a strong understanding of market trends, digital marketing tools, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. There was also be an emphasis on utilising all social media platforms to maximum potential, assisting with email marketing campaigns, scheduling webinars, funnels, and Meta ads.

Duties



Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to promote products and services. Manage and optimise ad campaigns, predominately Meta ads, to maximise reach and ROI. Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Create compelling copy for various marketing channels, including websites, social media, and email campaigns. Be responsible for all social media pages and maximise each page Oversee the management of the company's websites. Utilise Excel for data analysis to track campaign performance and generate insightful reports. Implement email marketing campaigns that effectively communicate with our target audience. Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in IT that can enhance marketing efforts. Build webinars Use initiative to suggest ideas, content and campaigns

Qualifications



A degree-level qualification in marketing Proven experience in a marketing role, preferably in a managerial capacity. Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, including Meta Ads, email marketing & utilising social media to maximum efficiency. Excellent copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail. Advanced skills in Word & Excel for data analysis and reporting purposes. Ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
