Social Media Marketing Manager

to join our growing team and drive our brand forward across digital channels.

Our vehicles find homes in private collections, estates, and adventure garages across Europe, the U.S., the Middle East, and beyond. This role offers the chance to showcase our bespoke craftsmanship to a global audience, shaping how the world sees Retro Defenders.

What You'll Be Doing

Developing and managing content across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) Work with our in house Videographer to create high-quality, engaging photo, video, graphic, and written content that captures the essence of our brand and vehicles Designing marketing assets (digital graphics, brochures, adverts, and branded content) Overseeing website updates and management to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence Managing daily posting schedules, community engagement, and audience interaction Collaborating with our workshop team to capture behind-the-scenes content that tells our unique story Planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns to drive awareness, leads, and sales Tracking performance metrics, producing reports, and adapting strategies to maximise impact Staying ahead of digital trends and bringing fresh, creative ideas to the table

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience in social media and digital marketing (automotive or luxury brand experience a bonus) Strong creative skills in

graphic design, photography, videography, and content creation

(Adobe Creative Suite or similar experience preferred) Experience with

website management

(WordPress or similar CMS) Proven ability to grow and engage audiences across platforms Excellent copywriting skills and an eye for storytelling A proactive, hands-on approach with strong attention to detail Confidence to work independently, while collaborating closely with our team Passion for automotive, lifestyle, and luxury brands is highly desirable
