Duties

Develop and execute social media strategies that align with the overall marketing objectives. Manage daily operations of social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly to maintain relevance and effectiveness. Collaborate with the public relations team to ensure consistent messaging across all platforms. Analyse performance metrics to assess the success of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner. Create visually appealing graphics and multimedia content to enhance posts and increase engagement. Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media management.

Experience

Proven experience in public relations or social media management is essential. Strong understanding of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Excellent written communication skills with the ability to create engaging content tailored to different audiences. Experience in using social media analytics tools to track performance and inform strategy. Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
