Summary

We are seeking a Social Media Specialist to join our vibrant team at Stein Haus. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media presence and engaging with our audience to promote our unique Bavarian experience in Sheffield.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement. Create engaging content for various social media platforms that reflects our Bavarian theme. Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and respond promptly to inquiries. Analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media initiatives with overall promotional efforts. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media management.

Requirements

Proven experience in social media management or a related field. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content. Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance metrics.
