Social Media Marketing Executive

to join our expanding in-house content team.

You'll work under a division manager to help manage the social presence of

multiple exciting brands

, each with their own tone of voice and audience. From

race teams to lifestyle brands

, you'll help shape the conversation and keep followers engaged.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:



Schedule and publish social media content across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X, etc.) Manage inboxes, DMs, comments, and replies (community management) with professionalism and brand alignment Work with the content team to optimise content per platform -- adjusting format, captions, hashtags, and timing for best performance Maintain content calendars for multiple clients and help the team stay ahead on planned campaigns Proof and post content with

excellent spelling, grammar and attention to tone

Understand and adjust for the nuances of each social platform (trends, algorithms, content formats) Support influencer and ambassador outreach where appropriate Assist with client newsletters and outreach via

Mailchimp

,

WhatsApp Business

, and other communication tools Use Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools to build simple graphics or support campaign assets

You Should Have:



Proven experience in social media marketing or content management, ideally within an

agency

or across

multiple brands

Experience with brands in the

sports

,

automotive

,

marine

,

outdoor

, or

lifestyle

industries A solid grasp of community management and brand protection across social channels A deep understanding of content optimisation -- knowing what works on each platform Great spelling, grammar, and copywriting ability Ability to match brand tone of voice and write accordingly for different clients Experience with Canva or Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro etc.) is strongly preferred Familiarity with tools like

Meta Business Suite

Mailchimp

Confident working in a fast-paced, creative studio environment with daily interaction with our team and clients A proactive, organised mindset -- you're someone who gets things done and keeps others on track
Who You'll Be Working With

You'll report to a Division Manager and work alongside videographers, photographers, editors, and creatives. You'll help turn their content into powerful social media campaigns for some of the most exciting names in our sectors.

Pay: 24,474.00-28,000.00 per year
