Duties

Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across various platforms including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Create engaging content tailored to each platform that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives. Monitor social media channels for trends, customer feedback, and engagement opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as needed. Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in social media and public relations to ensure innovative practices are employed.

Experience

Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences. Excellent written communication skills with a keen eye for detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with analytics tools to track performance metrics is advantageous. A creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas for content and campaigns.
