We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Coordinator to join our team. We are a modern, patient-focused Dental practice committed to providing outstanding care in a welcoming environment. We are looking for a dynamic individual to manage our social media marketing while also taking care of administrative duties.

This is a key role where your digital marketing expertise and excellent people skills will directly contribute to the growth and smooth running of our practice.

Social Media Marketing (Essential)



Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create, curate, and manage published content across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and messaging. Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and opportunities to engage with our audience. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns. Analyse performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of social media initiatives and adjust strategies accordingly. Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner, fostering positive relationships with followers. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools, and best practices in social media management.

Reception & Admin Duties



Answer phone calls and emails, managing patient bookings and queries. Welcome patients on arrival and provide excellent customer service. Maintain records, update schedules, and support day-to-day admin tasks. Assist the practice manager and clinical team with administrative support.

Skills



Proven experience in public relations or a related field is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences. Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics software. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,000.00-35,000.00 per year
