to join our growing dental group. This is a brand-new role at our Business Hub, where you'll be the first point of contact for patients and play a key part in delivering outstanding service across multiple practices.
What you'll do:
Welcome and support patients via phone, email, and social media
Book and manage appointments, treatment plans, and payments
Keep patient records accurate and secure
Work closely with colleagues across our practices to ensure smooth patient journeys
Handle enquiries and initial complaints with professionalism and care
What we're looking for:
Previous dental experience (essential)
Strong admin and IT skills with excellent attention to detail
Friendly, professional communication skills
Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy environment
