What We're Looking For
This is for someone hungry to learn, eager to grow, and confident creating content - especially if you want to work in social, media, or sport.
You should be:
Football mad
- if you're not already watching the Premier League every weekend, this won't be for you
Comfortable editing short-form video -
CapCut experience is a minimum
Familiar with TikTok, Reels and Shorts - you know what's trending and what flops
Organised and reliable - deadlines are loose, but consistency is key
Local to the
North East
- it's remote-first, but we record in Washington
Friendly, open to feedback, and good with people
Available for up to
10 hours per week
(flexible based on availability and podcast needs)
What You'll Get
Paid part-time experience at
National Minimum Wage
Up to
10 hours a week
with flexible scheduling
Real, portfolio-worthy content and social media output
Creative freedom and the chance to pitch your own ideas
Mentoring and support from the podcast and agency team
Behind-the-scenes access to how a podcast is run
A clear route into a
bigger paid role
if you impress us

Please send:
