Social Media & Sales Admin

In Office Only

Pury Hill Business Park, Northampton

14/hour | 30 Hours/Week | Employed | 6 Month Probation

Monday-Friday, 9 a.m.-3 p.m/10am-4pm.

We're looking for a sharp, emotionally intelligent, and highly organised Social Media & Sales Admin to work in-office and be the first line of communication with our audience across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and Spotify. This role is for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment and understands the importance of timely, sensitive, and informed communication in a trauma informed setting with a funnel into driving sales into the business.

This is not a creative content role, this is about precision, pace, and people. You'll be responsible for clearing messages daily, responding to comments and DMs, and keeping our online community connected and seen and driving into inbox for connected conversations and sales conversions of low ticket or driving calls booked for sales team.

Your Role

You'll be the voice of our brand online, ensuring our social platforms and messaging channels are kept clear, responsive, and human every single day.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Message Management (ManyChat & Meta Business Suite)
Respond to and clear all incoming messages across our automation platforms and social DMs, ensuring no audience query is left unseen for more than 24 hours.

Comment Moderation & Engagement
Actively monitor comments on reels, posts, and ads across platforms answering queries, redirecting to the right links or support, and maintaining a respectful and professional tone at all times.

Issue Escalation
Flag sensitive or high-priority messages to the wider team with clarity and urgency. You'll need good judgment to spot what needs elevating.

Process Adherence & Reporting
Work within our communication protocols, tag and track leads where required, and report on inbox trends and frequently asked questions to improve our system responses.

Understand how funnels will feed into sales calls Conversions and compassion are at the heart of the business and with an opportunity to earn commission driving low ticket sales or getting calls booked for our sales team.
What You'll Need

Experience in Social Media Admin, sales or Community Management
You've done this before. You know the difference between a comment that needs engagement and one that needs escalation. You've used tools like Meta Business Suite and ManyChat, and you're comfortable with managing replies in a fast-paced online environment.

Confident Tech Skills
You're not afraid of dashboards. You can handle switching between multiple platforms, navigating message flows, and learning systems quickly.

Clear, Professional Written Communication
You can adapt your tone to the platform and respond with warmth, clarity, and professionalism every single time.

Time Management & Reliability
This role requires you to be in the office daily, managing messages within a 24-hour cycle. If you're someone who thrives on routine, consistency, and doesn't miss a beat, you'll love it.

Calm, Trauma Informed Energy
You'll be dealing with sensitive subjects and potentially vulnerable people. You need to bring a non-judgemental, kind, and grounded tone to your communication.

Initiative & Discernment
You'll be trusted to represent the brand. You need to use your judgement, work independently, and raise a hand when needed.

All messages on ManyChat and Meta Business Suite cleared daily Engagement across posts and ads is timely, helpful, and professional Audience members feel heard and supported within 24 hours
Plus driving an abundance of low ticket sales and getting sales team booked calendars.

The leadership team is confident that the social inboxes are fully managed and issues are escalated smoothly
