Social Media & Sales Growth Executive
to join our growing team. This is not a corporate role with a fixed job description, it's a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves opportunity to be part of building a brand from the ground up. You'll play a vital role in using social media to drive sales, engage our audience, and help the business grow, with a clear pathway to increased pay and career progression as the company expands.

What You'll Be Doing
Creating and scheduling engaging, high-converting content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
Driving product/service sales through organic content, campaign strategy, and audience engagement.
Planning each piece of content with
clear KPIs
, ensuring all activity directly supports marketing and sales goals.
Attending key
team events, workshops, or shoots
to capture live content. If unavailable, you'll be expected to prepare
detailed direction plans
for the team to ensure nothing is missed.
Researching and testing content ideas that lead directly to clicks, signups, or sales, performance matters.
Monitoring trends, responding to comments and messages, and building a loyal, active online community.
Editing and preparing content (including scripts) for bi-weekly recording days with the team.
Leading a small content team, providing direction while also supporting them hands-on in completing content, engagement, and admin tasks.
Working closely with leadership to align social media activity with business goals and KPIs.
Analysing performance metrics and making data-driven decisions to improve reach and conversion.
Supporting light PR tasks including basic outreach, copywriting, or coordination when needed.
We're Looking For Someone Who:

, not just a creative one. You enjoy making content, but your goal is growth*. Is proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working with minimal supervision.
Has leadership potential, you're confident managing others, but humble enough to support and guide your team hands-on.
Communicates clearly, confidently, and respectfully, both in writing and in meetings.
Is familiar with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook, and knows how to tailor content for each.
Has a basic grasp of Canva or other design/editing tools (or is willing to learn quickly).
Bonus: Experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, e-commerce, or influencer partnerships.

This is a paid role, with modest initial compensation due to our current stage.
As the company grows and revenue increases,
your compensation will grow too, that's a firm commitment.
Remote and flexible working hours, though availability on recording days (fortnightly) is required.
