Synergy Dental is an award-winning dental group in the North-West of England, providing leading Implant and Cosmetic treatments. We are currently looking to recruit Sales Executives to join our ever-expanding team, based at our Bolton based HQ.

Summary

Our Sales Executives are pivotal in driving sales initiatives and enhancing patient engagement through effective communication and relationship-building. The position is mainly office based in our Bolton HQ and some field based work. You will play a crucial role in supporting our mission of delivering premium dental care.

Responsibilities

Use persuasive communication to recommend the best dental treatments. Contact through Social Media via WhatsApp, Instagram, Tik Tok & Facebook . Build trust through a friendly, empathetic, and professional approach. Accurately record patient details and booking information. Ask qualifying questions to understand the patient's needs, objections, and motivations and close bookings with patients. Confidently explain treatment options, pricing, and consultation process. Convert leads into confirmed appointments for our dentists.

Requirements

Proven experience in outbound sales and telesales. A positive can-do, target-driven mindset and a passion for helping people. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Familiarity with CRM software. Experience & Familiarity with Social Media. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse individuals. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong Literacy skills are required. Strong numeracy skills to help patients with treatment financing options. Flexible with Evenings & Weekends.

Previous finance experience is essential.

Previous Dental Experience is essential.

Benefits

27,500 per annum with uncapped commission. OTE average 67,000 per annum. Full training and ongoing development. Working hours 35 hours per week.
