Our space is vibrant, dynamic, and full of energy -- and we're now looking for a skilled and confident Social Media & Community Engagement Lead to bring that energy to life online. What You'll Be Doing
This is a creative and strategic role for someone ready to lead content and engagement across all platforms, from planning to production:
Manage and grow our Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok channels
Plan and publish engaging content (minimum 5x per week), aligned with our experiences and events
Capture real-life moments across the venue -- from VR gaming and escape room reactions to kids' playtime and creative crafts
Edit videos and photos to a high standard using tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush, Lightroom, Canva, or Photoshop
Ensure content has a clean, professional, HD finish
Write and design a weekly email newsletter
Promote special events and new experiences through targeted outreach and digital campaigns
Represent SPVR in the local community -- collaborating with local families, schools, influencers, and businesses
Assist with event planning and on-the-ground support when needed

Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of relevant experience who can confidently lead our digital presence with a balance of creativity, strategy, and execution.
Must-Have Skills & Traits:
Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand
Strong photo and video editing skills -- you'll be capturing and editing all content yourself
Comfortable filming in live environments with families and children (consent-based)
Proficient with editing tools: CapCut, InShot, Adobe Rush, Lightroom, Canva, etc.
Strong writing skills -- from captions to newsletters
A self-starter with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Confident working independently and on-site
Available for in-person weekend shifts and events

Bonus Skills
Experience with Mailchimp, Substack or other email tools
Knowledge of social media analytics and content performance tracking
Background in community engagement, events, or hospitality
