We are seeking a creative and analytical Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies that enhance our brand presence and engage our audience. This role requires a deep understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices, as well as the ability to analyse performance metrics to optimise campaigns.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with business goals. Create engaging content tailored for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Monitor and manage social media accounts, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner. Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels. Analyse social media performance metrics and prepare reports to assess the effectiveness of campaigns. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in social media management. Foster relationships with influencers and key stakeholders to enhance public relations efforts.

Skills

Proven experience in public relations and social media management. Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their respective audiences. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail. Ability to think creatively and strategically while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to measure success and inform strategy. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
