About the Role
We are looking for a highly strategic and creative Social Media Strategy Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on developing social media strategies for clients, planning campaigns and events, and guiding content direction -- not just managing day-to-day posting.
You will work closely with clients and our internal creative team to design impactful social media plans that drive brand growth across multiple platforms, including but not limited to TikTok, Instagram and Facebook.
Viral Strategy & Brand Growth
Develop viral-ready social media strategies that maximise reach, engagement, and brand influence.
Create culturally relevant, trend-driven content frameworks that have strong potential for organic or algorithmic virality.
Identify opportunities for meme, UGC, challenge-based, or culturally resonant content to amplify brand visibility.
Large-Scale Campaign Planning
Lead the end-to-end planning of integrated, multi-platform social campaigns.
Design big creative concepts, campaign narratives, storytelling angles, hooks, and breakthrough ideas.
Produce campaign decks, creative directions, and execution roadmaps for internal teams and clients.
Collaborate with production teams to shape content scripts, shoot directions, and messaging guidelines.
Paid Media & Performance Growth
Plan and optimise paid media campaigns across TikTok Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook / IG).
Use paid media strategically to accelerate viral concepts, seed initial traffic, or scale high-performing content.
Analyse performance metrics, audience insights, and content data to refine strategy and improve ROI.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with designers, copywriters, influencers, and media buyers to deliver cohesive, high-impact campaigns.
Assist in influencer collaboration planning and campaign amplification strategies.
Prepare high-quality strategy presentations and campaign reports for clients.
Requirements
3+ years in social media strategy, creative strategy, campaign planning, or digital marketing.
Proven ability to develop viral content ideas or lead campaigns with strong organic reach.
Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, and their algorithm behaviours.
Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (TikTok Ads / Meta Ads / Google Ads).
Strong conceptual thinking, trend sensitivity, and creative storytelling ability.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience working with influencers or content creators is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in influencer marketing is a plus.
Background in creative agencies or brand strategy roles.
Ability to write content directions or scripts is a plus.
Familiarity with UK/Europe market trends is an advantage.
