Role:

Social Media Videographer

About You:

Do you love story telling and have an eye for film making? Do you love seeing your creative vision brought to life? Looking to be an integral part of an amazing team, have your voice heard, and feel like you belong?

DFYNE may be the perfect place for you.

About DFYNE

They say a picture paints a thousand words and let's be honest, no one wants to read a long-winded "About Us" essay full of corporate jargon.

We get it. You can't truly understand who we are from a few lines on a screen. So why not see for yourself?

You can find us at DFYNE.com to get a real feel for what we're about.

About the role - DFYNE Your Career

First of all, I think it's best I introduce myself. I'm Pete, Team Lead of the Video Team here at DFYNE. Alongside Sean and Chloe, our Senior Videographers, we create everything from high energy campaigns, to behind-the-scenes content at HQ. It's fast paced, creative, and always evolving. This role involves working alongside us to film, edit, and develop engaging content, for social media and deliver quick-turnaround edits while maintaining a strong brand narrative.

The culture here at DFYNE is something we're incredibly proud of, so we need you to fully immerse yourself in understanding the essence of what makes our environment unique. I need you to know that what's worked for you elsewhere will need to be adapted to fit our ways of doing things!

We want you to bring your background and skills, but we'll need you to learn the DFYNE way, when it comes how we do things here. We're looking for someone who's willing to get stuck right into things and really take pride in what they do. A rigid, "this is the way it has to be done" or "that's not my job" approach won't be effective here. We need someone who sees no job as to big or too small. Telling us what can't be done simply isn't the DFYNE way-- we need you to tackle challenges head-on and provide solutions, so we can move forward confidently.

If you're up for a challenge and love telling stories through video, you'll thrive here.

Attitude:

Trustworthy Proactive and efficient Calm under pressure Reliable and responsive

Key Responsibilities:

Curate, film and edit content that has a consistent brand narrative Schedule content on our social media platforms Have quick turnaround on editing Help with filming the behind the scenes of the brand

Experience Needed:

Skills:

Videography Editing ability (Premiere pro/Davinvi resolve level) Ability & willingness to learn.

So, what's in it for you?

If you've made it this far down without being put off, brilliant, we would love to hear from you.

Besides a work family and a great place to work, you'll have an opportunity to grow with the company, be a part of the journey, and have a vital input into helping continue the crazy growth we've already seen.

You'll be part of a

high challenge; high reward

culture.
