As we continue to expand and flourish, we are seeking a creative and dedicated Web Designer to help elevate our online presence and drive our growth forward.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop visually captivating and user-friendly websites that reflect the unique identity and offerings of Abiglobal Foods in the Afro Caribbean market. Collaborate closely with various departments to understand business objectives and translate them into engaging digital experiences. Manage and maintain existing websites, ensuring content is regularly updated and consistent with brand standards. Utilize Shopify platform to enhance e-commerce functionality and optimize the online shopping experience for our customers. Knowledge of Shopify is considered a bonus. Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in web design and e-commerce, and implement innovative solutions to continuously improve our online presence. Create, plan, and schedule engaging content across all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.) Manage daily posting, comments, messages, and audience engagement in a timely and professional manner Develop creative captions, graphics, and short videos aligned with the brand's voice and marketing goals Monitor social media trends, insights, and competitors to improve content performance Grow brand awareness, followers, and engagement through organic and paid strategies Track, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to promote products, campaigns, and offers Ensure all content follows brand guidelines and company policies Respond to customer inquiries and feedback on social platforms Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and special events online

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and creativity. Proficiency in web design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma. Knowledge of Shopify platform is preferred, with experience in e-commerce website development being a significant advantage. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
