The Role:
We're looking for a creative and strategic
Social Media & Affiliate Marketing Manager
to lead the development and execution of our social media presence and performance-based partnerships. You'll play a key role in growing our brand across digital platforms, scaling our affiliate/influencer program, and creating meaningful campaigns that connect with our audience.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute content strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and other platforms.
Build and manage affiliate and influencer relationships that reflect our brand values.
Lead campaign planning for product launches, promotions, and evergreen content.
Leverage insights and past experience - like managing a campaign with The Body Shop to create authentic, engaging content.
Track performance metrics, generate reports, and optimize campaigns for growth.
What We're Looking For:
2-4 years of experience in social and/or affiliate marketing.
Proven success executing influencer or digital campaigns - ideally for a global brand with strong ethical positioning.
Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms (e.g., ShareASale, Impact, or similar).
Excellent communication and project management skills.
Passion for sustainable, inclusive, and community-centered marketing.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
