SOCIAL STRATEGY EXECUTIVE



Sauce is an independent lifestyle communications agency specialising in food, drink, and hospitality. We partner with reputable and premium brands to deliver creative, commercially focused and ground-breaking campaigns through insights-driven PR and digital services. We provide strategic and comprehensive digital marketing services including social media management, content creation, influencer marketing and paid digital.



The FEED account team manages all elements of social at Sauce, from leading client relationships to orchestrating the production & delivery of content. We provide strategic consultation, immersing in the brand world and social landscape, while ensuring with creativity that all content is produced to the highest standard, delivering to best practice and to the client brief.



We are now seeking an executive/senior-executive-level social media manager with experience in content creation, production, social account management and strategy to join our team. A passion for food, drink and travel is essential.

OVERVIEW OF ROLE





Strategic channel management and reporting, influencer and community-building, community management and engagement, social shoot content capture & junior-level art direction / curation, content creation [Reel generation and editing].

KEY DELIVERABLES




Trend mining and social media landscape listening

Posting and scheduling, both manual and through social management platforms

Reporting in line with set KPIs, plus strategic guidance on account growth

Ad hoc tactical / optimisation strategy, reporting on brands and trends

Community management and engagement

Influencer outreach, liaison and relationship-building

Content ideation in line with trends and insights and planning calendars

Social content capture [shoot production]

Asset creation and editing

Client management and liaison

Project management, including timeline and deliverable tracking, file management, timekeeping and quality control

SOCIAL STRATEGY & COMMUNITY




Influencer outreach and relationship management, with a focus on community-building and conversion Content publishing - manual and scheduling - plus channel management for all client accounts Community management - both proactive and reactive - and engagement across all client accounts Strategy on social best practice, insights and reporting, regularly tracking against KPIs for all client accounts Communication of strategic requirements and insights for content development e.g. monthly calendars or campaigns Social media consultancy/strategic support [eg. sourcing trends or sounds for content ideas], ensuring all assets meet channel best practices Media landscape immersion and regular research on latest trends to support channel optimisation for client accounts Collation of latest industry trends and social insights to benefit account growth and promote expertise / awareness to clients Social art direction for UGC shoots, briefing content creator on content capture requirements and guiding on set to meet client objectives and overall vision Setting of meeting agendas for client / internal connects Day-to-day management of Sauce social channels and responsible for implementing best practice, working closely with Nat to help drive Instagram targets

CREATIVE PRODUCTION




Creative ideation for assets and content series in line with client strategies and monthly content calendar briefs Art direction for shoots including storyboarding, shotlists and moodboards High-quality, multi-format social content capture for video shoots, ensuring all client requirements are met in line with brief and objectives Supplier management, expenses tracking and location/prop sourcing Reel / story / in-feed asset creation, curation and editing including sound-sourcing / application and text overlay application Caption copywriting and SEO management, supporting manager(s) in calendar writing

ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT




Project management including file management, meeting attendance and notes, action tracking and timeline management Time management to work within allotted hours per client, completing timesheets on a daily basis

QUALIFICATIONS




2-3 years' experience at a social media marketing agency with evidence of delivering content and strategy for multiple clients Examples of managing / posting high-engagement paid & organic content Examples of working with influencers and suppliers Experience working with social media tools such as Sprout, HeyOrca, Pulsar or equivalent * Obsessed with social media and the latest trends & platform developments
