The Social Value & Office Administrator is responsible for supporting the development, coordination, and reporting of the organization's social value initiatives while ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the office. This dual role is ideal for a proactive and organized individual with a passion for community impact, sustainability, and efficient administration.
Social Value Co-Ordinator Job Role/Duties:
Assist in planning, delivering, and monitoring social value activities in line with company commitments and client requirements.
Coordinate community engagement events, volunteering days, donations, and educational initiatives.
Liaise with local stakeholders, charities, schools, and suppliers to maximize social impact.
Collect data and evidence for social value reporting, such as volunteer hours, donations, and outreach.
Assist in preparing reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Maintain records in line with relevant frameworks
Office Administration Job Role/Duties:
Manage office supplies, equipment, and general upkeep to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
Act as the first point of contact for visitors, calls, and correspondence.
Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring confidentiality and accessibility.
Support onboarding of new staff and coordinate general HR admin tasks as required.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
