Are you a creative, detail-oriented communicator? Do you want to tell the most exciting stories in science, tech, engineering, medicine and business? Can you cut through the noise on social media and reach exactly the right audiences in a new and compelling way? We're hiring a Social Media Co-ordinator to join our sector-leading social media and Video Team.


What you would be doing

You'll be working with our talented communication division and colleagues across the university to create and publish content for social media. Our social media team makes content in the Imperial drone lab, wave tank, wind tunnel, fire lab, and world-leading laboratories across our campus. We tell the stories of our incredible students: what studying in London is like, which are the best curly fries on campus, and how to celebrate at Graduation! You'll ensure our work is of the highest standard, creatively ambitious, accessible and impactful. You'll curate our social media content calendar, giving audiences a rich blend of stories from our world-leading researchers and brilliant students. You'll evaluate our work and help the team understand what's working and what isn't, and how to improve. You'll help with administration, auditing, and financial co-ordination.
