Experience

- Experience of advocating on behalf of children, families and other agencies. -[
- Experience of offering therapeutic assessment to children. -[
- Experience of planning, executing and reviewing social work practice. -[
- Experience of preparing and presenting case conference reports. -[
- Experience of reviewing care packages. -[
- Be able to demonstrate maintaining key performance indicators and ensuring timeliness of report/assessmentsSkills

- Ability to analyse new cases and refer a correct course of action. -[
- Strong communication skills with the ability to inform and advise. -[
- A versatile approach to work with the ability to contribute across multi-disciplinary teams and organisations. -[
- Comprehensive understanding of Practice Policy with a commitment to continual self-development and learning. -[
