What You Will Do: 
 Apply restorative practice to promote family-led decision-making and long-term positive outcomes. 
 Conduct direct, child-centred work, using strong relational skills to build trust with children and families. 
 Manage a complex caseload, balancing competing priorities with strong organisational and time-management skills. 
 Deliver clear, well-analysed assessments and contribute to court reports and case planning. 
 Participate in a collaborative, learning-focused team culture, contributing to service improvement and best practice. 
Requirements: 
 Social Work England registration 
 A valid UK driving licence and access to a car 
 Enhanced DBS on the update service 
 Experience in child protection and frontline statutory services 
 Comfortable with hybrid working and flexible scheduling arrangements
