Social Worker - Children & Families Team - Locum - in Matlock UK earning up to 35 per hour. This is a locum role for at least 3 months with hours of work Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The successful candidate will be working from The Quad in Chesterfield, covering the Chesterfield locality. What you will do:

• Assess the needs of children and families to ensure their well-being and safety.
• Develop, implement and review care plans for children and families as part of child protection duties.
• Work extensively on court documents and legal processes, providing expert testimony in court as necessary.
• Collaborate with other professionals including educators, healthcare workers and law enforcement agencies to support families comprehensively.
• Participate in team meetings, ensuring that best practices are shared and innovative solutions are developed.
• Ensure compliance with local and national guidelines relating to child protection and family support.
• A minimum of 3 years experience is required, with experience of Court work and legal processes
