We are looking to recruit experienced and passionate social workers to undertake the role of Social Worker in our Family Connect.

The Family Connect is the point for all referrals where members of the community and professionals refer children and young people living in Warwickshire where they are worried about their safety and welfare. This is an office-based post with no face-to-face work with children and families. There is also the requirement to support Children and Families Advisors.

Family Connect Team

Warwickshire Family Connect is here! Consisting of 2 collocated linked Hubs our ambition is to continue to improve outcomes for children from the very start of their journey. We are looking for 1, full-time, experienced Social Worker to join our team.

If you are committed, innovative and passionate about improving outcomes for children then Warwickshire would like to hear from you.

Working with multi-agency partners and using restorative practice, you will be part of a social care team ensuring that all children's outcomes are improved and that they are safeguarded effectively.

This is a very fast paced role, which will place competing demands on your time. So, if you enjoy life in the fast lane this is the post for you.



Our Social Worker in the Family Connect will:
You will possess an ability to make robust and accurate decisions to ensure children and families are safe along with an embedded understanding of risk and risk management. You will enjoy talking to people and have a natural ability to engage with families as the first point of contact from children's services. You will be calm and approachable and instil confidence in those who contact the Family Connect.

We are keen to receive applications from committed and experienced Social Workers.
