We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Social Worker to join the Family Support and Intervention team within Conwy, UK. This temporary locum position offers an hourly rate of 39.18 and a three-month assignment. You will be working full time, 37 hours per week, from Monday to Friday. Your role will include collaborating with the Safeguarding & Legal team to deliver high-quality social work services to children and families with unmet needs or who are considered at risk. What you will do:

• Deliver high-quality social work services to children and families, focusing on those with unmet needs or at risk

• Work collaboratively with the Safeguarding & Legal team to assess risk and ensure child safety
• Engage with children and families, placing them at the centre of decision-making processes

• Ensure compliance with Social Care Wales registration requirements

Skills and qualifications required:

• Social Work degree with a minimum of 3 years post-qualified experience
• Proficiency in relevant technology and software
• Registration with Social Care Wales
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
