Soft Landscape/Maintenance Assistant

We are a design, build and maintenance landscape company, producing award winning gardens for our clients across Ledbury and west midlands. Our office is based in a lovely rural setting of Ledbury.

Behavior's and Skills

You'll need to possess a great attitude, a pleasant customer manner and a broad range of skills to ensure our gardens are maintained to a high standard. Horticultural qualifications would be helpful, but aren't as essential. And you must have a full, clean drivers' license.

Accountabilities and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Hands on involvement in lawn maintenance, general gardening, planting, water feature maintenance, tree and hedge pruning and all other aspects of general garden maintenance Ensuring you work safely and risk assessments are adhered to for general gardening tasks Liaising with clients Liaising with management to ensure client feedback is passed on and actioned

Qualifications and Experience

General gardening experience

Systemised and methodical approach

A 'hands on' approach to tasks

A willingness to 'learn on the job'

Time keeping

Ability to take on and accept full responsibility for own actions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 25,500.00-29,500.00 per year
