Job Summary

Are you passionate about creating memorable experiences for children and families? PlayGroots Adventure Cafe--a vibrant soft play area and cafe for ages 0-6--is looking for friendly, energetic team members to join us in Barnsley!

Play Leader:

Supervise and engage children (ages 0-6) in the soft play area Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment Organise and lead fun activities and games Communicate effectively with parents and carers

Cafe Assistant:

Prepare and serve food and drinks in the cafe Handle till operations and maintain cleanliness Provide friendly customer service to families Support with stock checks and basic food hygiene

Party Host:

Set up and run children's parties, including games and activities Welcome and assist party guests and parents Ensure parties run smoothly and on schedule Tidy up and reset the area between parties

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children (0-6 years) is a plus Experience working in a cafe or similar role is a plus Friendly, reliable, and proactive attitude Ability to work flexibly across weekdays and weekends Strong communication and teamwork skills Food hygiene, pediatric first aid, or relevant qualifications are an advantage
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 6 - 20 per week
