The Role

We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Soft Play Assistant to join our team. This part-time role offers 16-24 hours per week and requires flexibility, including weekend shifts. You will be the face of the cafe, ensuring our guests feel welcome and looked after while maintaining high standards of service and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcoming and assisting customers with a friendly, professional approach. Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and operating the tills. Preparing hot and cold drinks to a high standard. Monitoring customer areas to ensure safety and comfort at all times. Maintaining health and safety standards within the cafe environment. Supporting the team in keeping all front-of-house areas clean, tidy, and well presented. Providing excellent customer service to create a positive guest experience.

About You:

Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred Friendly, approachable, and confident in dealing with customers. Reliable, flexible, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Understanding of health and safety in a customer-facing environment. Positive attitude and commitment to delivering excellent service.
