Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

Would you like to support a complex technology landscape in transformation of Finance ? You\xe2\x80\x99ll will be part of multi-skilled and empowered team who are bringing together technology and business experts from across the Finance Platform.

You\xe2\x80\x99ll act as a key partner to our software engineers, ensuring that our architecture roadmap is a key input into our technical delivery, as well as listening, understanding and responding to the needs of the engineers. You\xe2\x80\x99ll aim to deliver the highest quality customer driven software whilst continually challenging, motivating, mentoring and supporting our engineering teams. You will understand technology implications for people and process, and you will bring this to your holistic view of design.

What you\xe2\x80\x99ll need

Must have:

  • Hands on software development experience with one or more modern programming languages
  • Technical knowledge and experience in the domains of database management, data integration, cloud/SaaS integration, cybersecurity, and authentication.
  • System design for Highly available distributed systems
  • Working experience of cloud architecture (GCP, Azure or AWS)
  • Experience of batch driven processing
Preferable:
  • Exposure to Finance and accounting systems strongly desirable though not crucial.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as Oracle OIC, EPM, OFSAA
  • Understanding of event driven architecture
  • Great interpersonal skills and a good communicator with technical and non-technical people
