About the Role:




What will you be doing?


Reporting to the Product Lead, you'll play a key role in delivering major technical changes and initiatives to our clients.

Own and manage complex, high-impact projects from inception through to implementation and post-launch health checks.

Lead cross-functional teams to develop delivery plans, costings, and accurate estimates.

Establish project governance, set priorities, and coordinate teams to deliver on time and within budget.

Engage and manage key stakeholders, providing clear status updates, progress reports, and actionable insights on cost-benefit analysis and revenue opportunities.

About You:




Your attitude and approach matter most, but we'd love to see evidence of:


Proven experience delivering both simple and complex software projects and technology initiatives.

Strong understanding of core technologies and processes to support planning, overcome delivery challenges, and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.

Ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues - confident enough to challenge and set expectations when needed.

Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to communicate progress and solutions clearly and persuasively.

Capability to govern multiple projects to a high standard or independently deliver complex initiatives.

Experience working with engineering teams, product managers, and clients of varying sizes and delivery maturity, with an understanding of how these factors influence planning and risk.

Familiarity with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies, including the ability to create and track burndown charts.
