Front-End Developer (React.js Focus)The Role

We are seeking a

Front-End Developer

with strong expertise in

React.js

and modern front-end technologies. The ideal candidate will be passionate about building intuitive, high-performance user interfaces and crafting seamless user experiences. While this role emphasizes front-end development, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to back-end integration and full-stack challenges when needed.

You'll play a key role in designing and implementing responsive, scalable, and visually compelling applications that power Innogence's multidisciplinary efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality

React.js applications

with a strong focus on usability and performance Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use Implement intuitive and responsive UIs with

React.js

(Flutter experience is a plus) Work closely with back-end engineers to integrate APIs and services seamlessly Ensure cross-browser, cross-platform, and cross-device compatibility Collaborate with product designers, firmware engineers, and hardware teams to align software with overall product vision Participate in design reviews, code reviews, and continuous integration processes Apply best practices for performance, scalability, and security Stay current with evolving front-end frameworks, libraries, and tools
What We're Looking For

Proven experience in

front-end development

, particularly with

React.js

Strong skills in

JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

(TypeScript knowledge is a plus) Experience with state management (e.g., Redux, Context API, Zustand, or similar) Familiarity with RESTful API integration and front-end build pipelines (Webpack, Vite, or similar) Exposure to databases like MongoDB or MySQL is a plus, but not required Knowledge of Flutter or mobile frameworks is beneficial but secondary to React expertise Strong understanding of responsive design principles and accessibility best practices Experience with version control (Git; SVN knowledge is a plus) Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or within a cross-disciplinary team A passion for delivering polished, user-centric products
