Job Description

Due to continued growth, we are looking to hire a Software Development Team Leader to join our IT Department. This is a full time, office-based position, working Monday to Friday from our Global Headquarters in Hassocks, West Sussex.

Function:



To oversee and manage the team of software developers supporting and developing both in-house software and new products ensuring that key milestones are met during all project work.

Responsibilities:



Overseeing and managing the team of developers, ensuring successful project delivery and fostering a collaborative environment. Ensure that development best practices are followed and that the team is using suitable tools and technologies. Planning and coordinating project activities, setting clear goals, ensuring that project timelines and quality standards are met. Monitor the IT Ticket system - check for quality of work done and KPIs. Ensure all systems remain secure and the company is aligned with ISO27001 standards.

Requirements:



Background or experience in IT, IT Team Management or IT Project Management Strong team player Excellent communication skills at all levels. Strong organisation and administration skills Ability to prioritise and manage workloads
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 46,000.00-56,000.00 per year
