As part of our continued growth, we are looking to hire a

Software Manager or Software Architect

to take a leading role in the development and delivery of cutting-edge software systems.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a technical leader to step into a high-impact role where you'll have the autonomy to shape architecture and guide development teams. Whether your expertise lies more in strategic software architecture or hands-on team leadership, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities include:

Leading and mentoring a talented team of software engineers. Designing, planning, and implementing scalable, robust software architecture. Promoting best practices in coding, testing, and agile methodologies. Aligning software development with business and engineering objectives. Driving innovation and continuous improvement across the tech function.

What We're Looking For:

Extensive experience in software development, architecture, or engineering leadership. A strong track record of delivering complex software projects. Comfortable in both hands-on and strategic roles. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work onsite in Swansea at least 3 days per week.
