Software Technical Lead - Remote / Swindon
Software Technical Lead required on a permanent basis for a globally expanding FinTech business with offices based in the UK and Europe. As a Technical Lead, you will have experience in managing and supporting a team of Java developers, you will also work with other Team Leads to build and run a development centre excellent creating and maintaining high standards for software development.

As part of the delivery team, you will use your expertise to help drive the delivery of high-quality, secure, and performant cloud-based services.

The package on offer:

• Basic salary of up to \xc2\xa395,000
• Annual bonus of up to 10%

As a Software Technical Lead your day- to - responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Delivery of high quality software into production
• Drive continuous improvement within the team and across engineering through the centre of excellence
• Effective line management, coaching and support the team of Developers
• Actively lead and contribute to the design, implementation & testing of the platform
• Mentor and transfer knowledge to developers of all levels
• Monitor the quality of the team\'s performance
• Proactively contribute to the technical evolution of the company\'s platform
• Liaise with other team leaders and architects to ensure the technical integrity of the solutions
