Are you an experienced Solar Electrician looking to join a rapidly growing business with the rewards of becoming a shareholder?

This company specialises in domestic solar maintenance and installations in the South East of England. Recently establish, they have relied on over 18 years\' experience within the solar industry to quickly gain a strong reputation within the market. Initially offering expertise in the maintenance industry of Domestic Solar, they\'re now looking to capitalise on their strong reputation and become a key player in the installation market. This company has strong goals for growth so it\'s a great opportunity to get in early and help grow a built to last business.

You will be working alongside a small team, covering the South East of England with no stay aways. You will help grow and manage a team with an aim to complete 2 installations per week within the first year. The more people are brought on as the business grows, you will move into a management position, and further progression into a technical director role.

The ideal candidate is a qualified electrician, who has expertise in the domestic solar industry. They will have the knowledge to understand, implement and make changes to installation designs for domestic properties. With some degree of management experience.

This is a great opportunity to join a business early on in its inception, grow the business and move into a senior role.
