Astute are partnered with a business in the Renewable Energy sector who specialise in solar and wind projects. They are an award-winning business who develop, construct and sometimes operate their own assets and they\'re looking for a Solar Technical Asset Manager to join the team.

The closer to Edinburgh you are, the better, but you should apply for this position if you have the right skills and experience regardless of your location.

Roles & Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Asset Management Team Leader, as the Technical Asset Manager, you will be responsible for:

• The safe and efficient management of operational renewable energy projects
• Ensuring that work is completed to the required quality and on time and budget (with the Project Managers)
• Working on continuously improving working procedures and operating manuals
• Completing daily monitoring of operational sites, promptly addressing faults and keeping clients up to date
• Pulling technical data from the performance monitoring platforms for data analytics, performance reporting and proactive fault-finding
• Helping to coordinate maintenance activities, managing the third-party supplier list
• Ongoing administrative support around operational contracts, issues and finances
• Other duties as required

Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for someone with the following:

• Demonstrable experience in a technical asset management role (preferably solar)
• Knowledge of HV Safe Systems at Work and coordinating HV activities
• Confident with MS Office suite
• AutoCAD and PVSyst experience is desirable but not essential
• Meticulous and detailed, you\'ll have a passion for renewable energy too

Salary & Package
What\'s on offer for this exciting role:

• Salary depending on experience of \xc2\xa350,000 to \xc2\xa365,000
• Reasonable expenses covered, ie site travel
