Innovate Agri is a fast growing business, providing end to end support for

solar farm operations- combining land management and civils expertise. As part of our growth we are looking for a highly skilled and competent manager to head up all our field based solar maintenance and management activities. You will play a vital role in managing our

field maintenance teams along with developing strategic level relationships with existing and new clients.

What we are looking for...

The ideal candidate will either have direct experience in managing solar fields or will be an experienced farm manager who has a broad knowledge of managing land, soils, machinery and workforce.

Role Information

This is an exciting role- we need a team player who not only has great experience and technical knowledge in land management but also can assess the requirements of each site and each task, and manage multiple teams across the UK to carry out the work. "Innovate" is in our name and we are looking for someone who can be innovative in the way we undertake this work. Often a bespoke approach is needed to best deliver solutions for our clients.

The work is fast paced, varied and wide ranging- you will need to manage a number of concurrent projects, sites and teams delivering anything from site maintenance grass cutting, module cleaning, cultivations and seeding, land drainage, and a wide range of agriculturally related operations but in the setting of a solar power plant site.

Salary is dependent on experience and you would have access to company pension, company vehicle and subsistence allowance.
