Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems across various Solar PV projects. This role offers an excellent opportunity to utilise your mechanical knowledge and electrical experience in a dynamic environment. The ideal applicant will possess strong technical skills, be safety-conscious, and able to work independently or as part of a team. They should also have some knowledge of Solar PV installation including installing brands like Tesla, GivEnergy, Fox ESS, Duracell ect.

Responsibilities

Install, inspect, and repair electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with safety standards and regulations Troubleshoot electrical issues using hand tools and power tools efficiently Use mechanical knowledge to diagnose system faults and implement effective solutions Ensure all work complies with relevant electrical codes and safety procedures Maintain detailed records of work performed and parts utilised Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Electrician with a solid understanding of electrical systems and safety standards Proficiency in using hand tools, power tool. Strong mechanical knowledge coupled with electrical expertise Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals accurately Relevant qualifications or certifications in electrical installation and maintenance are preferred Good organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively A valid UK driving licence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 16.19-25.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
