We are seeking a skilled and motivated Solar Roofer to join our team!

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Solar Roofer to join our crew. As a Solar Roofer, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently installing solar panels on residential and commercial roofs. You will work closely with our team to ensure high-quality installations, meet deadlines, and provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

Install solar panels and related equipment on roofs safely and efficiently Conduct thorough inspections of roof structures to ensure suitability for solar panel installation Measure and mark roof areas to prepare for solar panel installation Install roof mounts, flashing, and other hardware as required Ensure all installations meet company and industry safety standards Collaborate with other team members to complete installations within project timelines Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional, respectful demeanor at all times Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date with industry advancements and best practices

Requirements:

1-2 years of experience in solar panel installation or a related trade (roofing, electrical, etc.) Certification as a roofer Strong knowledge of solar panel systems, electrical codes, and safety protocols Physical ability to work at heights and lift heavy objects Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and customer service skills valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with commercial solar panel installations Knowledge of local building codes and regulations Experience working with electrical panels and distribution systems Certification in fall protection, confined space rescue, or other specialized safety training
